Slightly pork cubes, cover with flour. Melt butter in large skillet or saucepan. Add the pork cubes a few at a time, stirring brown well. Push to the side of the pot. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender. Stir in browned meat.
Add the tomatoes, then salt, oregano and cumin. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed.
Add green peppers, simmer 30 minutes or more, adding a little water if necessary, until flavors are well blended. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
